It's completely and totally over. You'll get no more wishful posts. Knowing me, likely some processing posts, but no wishful ones. As my brother and sister-in-law would say, "What an a##hat."
I suppose it is better to find out now rather than a year down the road, but that still doesn't make it any easier. Sorry that you are dealing with this, take care. :(

Aw, Kristina. I was really hopeful for the two of you - the way you described your relationship was so self-aware and honest. I'm sorry it turned out he wasn't as good as he seemed to be.
